ample room coffee selection comfortable bed
The room had ample space for a weekend. tea, coffee, decaf coffee, biscuits and toiletries were provided. the bed was comfortable. The bar had a good selection of drinks. there was a pool table too.
the road outside was quite busy. i could hear traffic noise in my room.

staff were helpful about transport. the tram stop is at the bottom of the road. it is only three stops into the town centre. alan provided an excellent breakfast.

the hotel has a bar with a pool table. on-street parking is available outside the hotel. the hotel is one street away from the sea front! it is a short stroll to the tram stop.

The hotel is close to the tram stop. it is only two stops from north pier. the location is out of the hubble bubble. the tram is easy to access. I loved it.

The room was quite dated. There were extension leads everywhere. Breakfast disappointed me, offering very little. I also felt the hosts were not particularly friendly.

a pleasant stay
clean room tidy room comfortable bed excellent breakfast
The room was very clean and tidy. i had a private bathroom. the bed was very comfortable, and there was a tv in the room. breakfast was excellent too. i had a great time , thanks to the upgrade to a double room. I did book a single.
the shower cubicle felt a little small. i had to be careful when i turned so i did not knock the tap. the power was good though.

the hotel location works well. a fifteen minute walk got me to the tower. i appreciate that distance. i walked there at a steady pace, and it was direct.

helpful staff excellent breakfast small shower hard bed
the staff were helpful with my luggage because of the stairs. the breakfast was cooked perfectly and served quickly with offers of extras.
the shower cubicle was small. it was difficult to turn around without hitting the tap. the bed was quite hard and the quilt felt heavy.

small shower musty smell
The breakfast was decent, but the single slice of toast felt a bit stingy. The shower was also quite small.. I kept bumping into the walls. The room had a slight musty smell, and the TV was mounted way too high. It all felt a little underwhelming for the price I paid.

good location excellent breakfast perfectly cooked
The hotel had a good location for walking to nearby attractions. The walk to the tower took only about fifteen minutes. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast each morning it was perfectly cooked.
The shower cubicle felt a little small. it was necessary to be careful turning. to avoid knocking the tap.

The shower was tiny. A larger person would have a terrible time using it. I almost got stuck. I didn't.
